Are you considering making a New Year’s resolution for healthy eating? If you need help in keeping that commitment to yourself, we have a great opportunity for you to either begin or continue your journey to better health and wellness. Melissa Sherlock, a Food For Life instructor, will be teaching a series of five plant-based nutrition and cooking classes at Hope Church during Lent. Classes will be held weekly at 11:45 on Sundays beginning on February 11 and ending on March 10. Each class will begin in the sanctuary and end in the gym & kitchen with demonstrations and opportunities to sample some healthy recipes. The cost is $50 per person for all classes with payment due in advance at the time of registration. Melissa is passionate about helping people gain better health and avoid chronic disease and she would love to help you achieve your goals! Please complete one registration per person.
