Neihardt Weekend Lunches
Each month we package weekend lunches for 60 students at Neihardt Elementary. Please refer to the following list of needed items if you would like to help by providing food. Please keep in mind that we need very specific items for this program to make sure they fit in the bags and that they are usable for the kids who receive them.
Current Needs - September 2025
Juice Boxes
6.8 oz No Pouches
Applesauce Cups
Applesauce Cups (4 oz. cups). Plain or cinnamon. Cups only.
Snack Bars
Granola/Chewy/Nutrigrain bars Nothing with peanuts or other nuts.
Yogurt Pouches
Go Go Yogurt Squeeze pouch variety (3 oz.) Does not need to be refrigerated.
Cereal Boxes
Kellogg’s Cold Breakfast Cereal variety (0.95 oz box). Boxes only, no cups.
Fruit Cups
Fruit Cups variety (4 oz cups); cups only.
Chef Boyardee Microwavable Bowls
Chef Boyardee Microwavable Bowls variety (7.25 oz bowl); bowls only.
Macaroni and Cheese
Kraft Microwavable Macaroni and Cheese Cups (2.05 oz Cups); cups only.
Oatmeal Packets
Oatmeal packets variety.
Zip Top Bags
1 gallon size with slider closure.
Hot Chocolate
Hot Chocolate Packets.
Cheese and Crackers
Cheese/Cracker sandwich or dip packs. Cheese only, no peanut butter.
